Return and Refund Policy
### Changing or cancelling an order
Contact us promptly at Bremo-Brewing-Company@proton.me if you need to change or cancel an order. If it has already been dispatched, the cancellation and return provisions below apply.
### Statutory cancellation right
For most online purchases, you may cancel without giving a reason within 14 days beginning the day after you, or a person nominated by you, receives the goods.
Tell us clearly that you wish to cancel by emailing Bremo-Brewing-Company@proton.me. You may use the model cancellation form below, but you do not have to.
After notifying us, return the goods within 14 days to:

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning a change-of-mind order unless we agree otherwise. Please package cans securely. You are responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the goods. Opened or consumed products normally cannot be resold, although your rights concerning faulty or misdescribed goods remain unaffected.
### Refunds following cancellation
We will make the refund within 14 days after receiving the returned goods or, if earlier, receiving evidence that they were sent back. We will refund the price paid and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option where required by law. Additional delivery upgrades are not refundable beyond that amount. Refunds are normally made to the original payment method.
### Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods
If goods are faulty, damaged, unsafe, misdescribed or incorrect, contact us with your order number and details of the problem. Photographs may help us resolve transit damage quickly. Depending on the circumstances and your statutory rights, we will offer an appropriate replacement, price reduction or refund and cover reasonable return costs where required.
### Failed age verification
A courier or collection location may refuse to hand over alcohol when the recipient is under 18, cannot provide suitable identification when requested, or appears intoxicated. If the order is returned to us, contact us to discuss redelivery or refund options. Any treatment of delivery or return costs will comply with applicable consumer law and the disclosures made when you ordered.
