Shipping and Collection Policy

### Delivery area

We currently deliver to eligible addresses in Great Britain using DPD. We do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or destinations outside the United Kingdom. Some Scottish Highlands, islands and remote postcodes may be unavailable or may require a different charge; checkout will show whether a service is available.

### Courier charge and minimum order

DPD delivery costs £7.99 per order. Courier delivery requires at least six cans in any combination. Any maximum quantity or weight restriction shown at checkout also applies.

### Dispatch and delivery estimates

We normally dispatch in-stock orders within two working days. DPD delivery normally takes one to three working days after dispatch. These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. We will contact you if a material delay occurs.

Tracking information will be sent after dispatch. Please ensure that the delivery address, email address and mobile number supplied at checkout are correct.

### Age-verified delivery

Alcohol deliveries require age verification. The recipient must be aged 18 or over and may be asked for valid photographic identification under a Challenge 21 or Challenge 25 policy.

Alcohol will not be left in a safe place or handed over where the required age check cannot be completed. Delivery may also be refused where the recipient appears intoxicated.

### Missed or refused deliveries

DPD may attempt redelivery or return the parcel to us according to its service procedures. If a parcel is returned because the address was incorrect, nobody eligible was available, suitable identification was not produced, or delivery was properly refused, please contact us. We will explain the available redelivery or refund options and any reasonable direct costs before taking further payment or making a deduction permitted by law.

### Damage, loss or incorrect orders

Inspect the parcel when it arrives. If products are damaged, missing or incorrect, contact Bremo-Brewing-Company@proton.me as soon as reasonably possible with the order number and photographs where available. Reporting visible transit damage within 48 hours helps us raise a carrier claim, but this request does not reduce your statutory rights.

When displayed at checkout, collection costs £3.99 and has no minimum can quantity.

Wait for our ready-for-collection email before travelling. Bring the order confirmation and valid photographic identification. Alcohol will not be handed over to a person under 18, a person unable to provide suitable identification when requested, or a person who appears intoxicated.

If an order is not collected within seven days after the ready-for-collection notice, we will contact you to arrange collection, cancellation or another lawful method of fulfilment.
