Terms of Service
### 1. About us
This website is operated by Alistair Leslie Bose Bremnath, a sole trader trading as Bremo Brewing Company (referred to as “Bremo Brewing Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
Business and returns address: 157 High Street North, Stewkley, Leighton Buzzard, LU7 0EX, United Kingdom.
Email: Bremo-Brewing-Company@proton.me
### 2. Age restriction
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase alcohol from us. By placing an order, you confirm that you and the person receiving or collecting the alcohol are aged 18 or over.
Our delivery and collection partners may apply a Challenge 21 or Challenge 25 policy. Valid photographic identification may be required before alcohol is handed over. Acceptable identification may include a valid passport, photocard driving licence or a PASS-accredited proof-of-age card.
Alcohol will not be handed over to anyone who is under 18, cannot provide suitable identification when requested, or appears to be intoxicated.
### 3. Products and information
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, alcohol content, ingredients, allergens, volumes and prices are accurate. Packaging and appearance may vary slightly between batches. Please review the product label and allergen information before consumption.
### 4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Bremo Brewing Company is not currently registered for VAT, so VAT is not charged separately.
Delivery or collection charges are displayed before payment. Payment is taken through the payment methods offered at checkout.
### 5. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase the products in your basket. The automatic order-confirmation email acknowledges that we have received your order; it does not guarantee acceptance.
We accept your order when we send confirmation that it has been dispatched or is ready for collection. We may reject or cancel an order before acceptance if a product is unavailable, information or pricing is incorrect, payment is unsuccessful, we cannot lawfully fulfil the order, or we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse or an underage purchase. If payment has already been taken, we will issue the appropriate refund.
Online orders may be submitted at any time. Alcohol is selected, allocated and prepared only in accordance with the hours and conditions of our premises licence.
### 6. Delivery orders
Courier delivery requires a minimum total of six cans, which may be mixed across eligible products. The applicable delivery charge and available destinations are shown at checkout.
The customer must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact details. Alcohol cannot be left in a safe place or delivered without the required age verification. Please see our Shipping and Collection Policy for dispatch estimates and failed-delivery arrangements.
### 7. Collection orders
Where collection from The Swan Pub is offered at checkout, there is no minimum number of cans. Do not travel to collect your order until we have confirmed that it is ready. The person collecting must bring suitable proof of age and the order details.
Collection is available only when shown at checkout and remains subject to applicable licensing requirements.
### 8. Cancellation, returns and refunds
Your statutory rights are not affected. Details of cancellation rights, returns, damaged goods and refunds are set out in our Return and Refund Policy.
### 9. Personal information
We process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. Shopify, payment providers and delivery providers process information required to take payment and fulfil orders.
### 10. Responsible consumption
Please drink responsibly. Product information is not medical advice. Do not consume alcohol where doing so would be unlawful or unsafe.
### 11. Liability
We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or breach of your statutory consumer rights.
Subject to those rights, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.
### 12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom retain any mandatory protections provided by the law applying to them. Disputes may be brought before the courts that have jurisdiction under applicable consumer law.
### 13. Contact
